From time to time, StarQuest may provide upgrades, maintenance releases, and new versions of its Products. As described in Support Hours and Policies, an annual maintenance contract for StarQuest software allows customers to receive free upgrades and error corrections to the software for up to twelve (12) months. Contact StarQuest Customer Support to obtain your free upgrade to a licensed product with a current maintenance contract.
Upgrades are identified by changes in the third digit in the Product version numbers, such as v5.3.3 to v5.3.4. Upgrades may incorporate third party upgrades as well as accumulated bug fixes. Upgrades are provided for no additional charge to Licensees that have maintained continuous, uninterrupted maintenance from the date of initial licensing.
