- Customers who purchase annual maintenance. The maintenance contract includes phone support and upgrade price protection. To purchase a maintenance contract, please call StarQuest Sales at 1-415-669-9619.
- Customers who purchase StarQuest products receive complimentary support for 30 days.
- Potential customers who are evaluating a StarQuest product receive 30 days complimentary support. For information about evaluating StarQuest products, contact StarQuest Sales at 1-415-669-9619.
- Customers whose StarQuest products are no longer under maintenance and who have elected not to purchase a maintenance contract may obtain per incident support at $150, charged to a major credit card at the time the incident is opened.
Before you report a problem to StarQuest Customer Support, review the StarQuest Customer Support knowledge base because it may have the answer you need. There are many technical documents that
address common problems and provide helpful suggestions and sample code.
It also is helpful for you to collect as much information as you can about the problem. By sending a complete problem description, you can help expedite finding a solution to your problem.
