Levels I and II Customer Support Engineer

The Customer Support Engineer at StarQuest Ventures provides our customers with accurate, timely response and assistance with fulfilling their product deployment and diagnostic needs. Customer Support Engineers should have a comprehensive understanding of database administration, architecture and/or information technology. The successful candidate is customer-focused with a positive attitude and should be ready to quickly learn about StarQuest’s products and services. This is a 100% remote position.
