System Requirements
Client Access for UNIX turns UNIX workstations into full-featured, optimized clients for the IBM AS/400. Developers can access SQL record-level DB2 data from UNIX-based application servers that enable companies to develop innovative new applications that integrate UNIX and AS/400 systems. Client Access for UNIX provides terminal emulation, bi-directional file transfer, remote command, data queues, direct database access and double byte character support (DBCS).
