Transferring a License for a StarQuest Product

With prior written approval, customers with a valid maintenance contract may transfer their license to use the StarQuest software to another organization or to a different computer or user of the same organization. Your written request must describe the entity that currently has the license and the entity that you want to transfer the license to.

If the license that you want to transfer is associated with a specific computer, please include the following information with your written request:

  • the IP address or Host ID of the computer that you want to transfer the license from
  • the IP address or Host ID of the computer that you want to transfer the license to
